Move-in fees are waived. If you leave within three months, a ¥20,000 short-stay fee applies. Rent is cashless only. Key pickup requires a visit to the Nippori office on move-in day for contract signing, which typically takes about an hour. The same applies on move-out.

Reviews are sharply divided. Positive accounts emphasise low price, no initial costs, and the convenience of having a Tokyo base while traveling around Japan.
