The ground floor is the communal heart of the house. A washitsu-style salon with tatami flooring, bean bags, a projector, and a sound system doubles as the evening hangout space. Next to it, a shared workspace with a 10-seat tableprovides room to spread out and work, backed by Starlink WiFi throughout the building. The fully equipped kitchen is available for self-catering. No food service is provided. Dietary options not confirmed.
During the winter season, the house includes car transfers to the mountainin the nightly rate, making it a natural base for skiing and snowboarding in Hokkaido. Off-season summer stays are also available. The neighbourhood feels genuinely local. A park sits across the road, a food truck passes at dusk, and the city lights are visible in the distance.
