A 24-hour coworking space in Nagoya's Meiekiminami district, about 9 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station's S6 underground exit. Operated by Wooc Co., Ltd. under the BIZcomfort national chain, this is the southernmost of the three BIZcomfort Nagoya branches and the one reviewers consistently single out for its spaciousness and for being the only location in the city to offer freshly ground coffee and cappuccinos at the drink bar.

The space runs two distinct modes. Drop-in is available to anyone on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00(last entry 17:00, last payment 17:30). No reservation or membership needed. Pay at reception and receive a security card. Drop-in costs ¥440 per hour or ¥1,650 for a full day. Monthly members get something significantly different.24-hour, 365-day access with a card key. Reviewers who work late or unconventional hours specifically cite this as the reason they choose this branch over alternatives.

The workspace is designed for concentration. Seating areas are partitioned and the layout separates different use cases. Asilent booth area where phone calls and conversation are prohibited, and a café booth areawhere web meetings and eating are allowed. The space has 48 free seats and 10 reserved seats. The free drink bar includes freshly ground coffee and cappuccinos. A genuine rarity in the BIZcomfort network. Ice is available in summer. Snacks can also be purchased on-site. From Nagoya Station, take the S6 underground exit and walk approximately 9 minutes south. Pass through the Yanagibashi intersection, turn right, continue straight, and look for the Kinjiro Bldg next to Hamilton Hotel. The space is on the 1st floor. Also accessible from Kokusai Center Station (Subway Sakuradori Line, 9 min walk) and Fushimi Station (Subway Higashiyama/Tsurumai Lines, 12 min walk). Meiekiminami sits roughly 9 minutes on foot south of Nagoya Station's underground exits, just past Yanagibashi market. It is a mixed-use district of small office buildings, local restaurants, and residential blocks. Less crowded and less expensive than the station area proper, it attracts small businesses, satellite offices, and locals who want a quieter working environment without leaving central Nagoya.

The neighbourhood is well connected without being a transit hub. Kokusai Center Station (Sakuradori Subway Line) and Fushimi Station (Higashiyama and Tsurumai Lines) both sit within walking distance, making it easy to reach Sakae or the station in under 10 minutes. Yanagibashi Sogo Ichiba, one of Nagoya's oldest wholesale food markets, is nearby and gives the area a more local, unpretentious character than the glass towers to the north.
