シンクスペース鎌倉
A mindfulness-based coworking space in a renovated traditional Japanese folk house, set in a quiet residential pocket of Inamuragasaki, five minutes from the Enoden line. ThinkSpace opened in June 2017 with a clear concept. Slow down, think clearly, work well. The building has an irori (sunken hearth) at its center, tatami rooms, and an earthen-floor entrance area. It does not feel like a coworking space. It feels like someone's home that happened to be very good for getting things done.
The ground floor is the main working area. The doma (earthen entrance hall) and the irori-no-ma(sunken hearth room) are available for drop-in and member use. The second floor holds two private rooms (ROOM-A and ROOM-B), a kitchen, and a bathroom. Designed for workcation stays and overnight guests. No staff is permanently on-site, so the space runs quietly and without interruption.
Drop-in rates start at ¥1,000 for the first two hours, then ¥500 per additional hour. A full-day drop-in pass is ¥3,500. You can book online via Select Type. Members get extended access from 6:00 to 22:00 daily. The Premium membership (unlimited use, all days) is ¥28,000/month and includes 10 hours of private room use per month. The Light membership gives 10 days per month at ¥15,000/month. A corporate plan for teams is available at ¥27,000/month for 18 use-tickets.
Wi-Fi is free and included with all plans. Coffee is ¥100 per cup (members get one free per day). Water and tea are free. A paid printer is available on-site. No food is served or sold at the space. Dietary options are not confirmed in available data. The nearest convenience stores and cafes are a short walk toward the station.
The space also runs mindfulness, resilience, and purpose programs. Short sessions you can join between work blocks. Corporate retreats, off-site workshops, and team training programs are available through the parent organization, Mindfulness Architects. It is women-owned and explicitly welcoming to LGBTQ+ visitors.
Website testimonials from regulars point to one thing above all. Quiet that actually works. "I feel centered when I come here." "Business discussions go deeper at ThinkSpace." If you need a focused day in a place that encourages real thinking over performative busyness, this is a strong option in the Kamakura area.

ThinkSpace is operated by Mindfulness Architects, a Japan-based wellbeing and organizational consulting firm. Beyond day-to-day coworking, the space hosts mindfulness programs, resilience workshops, and team retreats for corporate clients. It draws a mix of local freelancers, remote employees on workcation, and corporate teams doing off-site sessions in the Shonan coastal area. The space is women-owned and explicitly LGBTQ+ welcoming.

From Inamuragasaki Station on the Enoden line, exit the single ticket gate and walk straight into the residential area for approximately 290 meters (about 4-5 minutes). When you see a Mitsui Rehouse monthly parking lot on your right, turn right just before it. ThinkSpace is the third building on the right, at the foot of a steep slope. Ring the interphone at the left of the entrance door.
Inamuragasaki is a quiet coastal neighborhood on the western edge of Kamakura, about one hour from Tokyo by train via the Enoden (Enoshima Electric Railway). It sits between forested hills and the Shonan coast, with views toward Enoshima and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. The area is slower and more residential than central Kamakura, drawing remote workers and workcationers who want focus time near the ocean without the tourist crowds of Kamakura-eki.
