A monthly share office on the 5th floor of Dai-go Ichinose Chuo-bashi Building in Edocho, central Nagasaki. The space has been running since October 2013 and is operated by local company Sanbiru Kosan. It sits two minutes' walk from Hamacho shopping arcade, Nagasaki's main commercial strip, and one minute from Nishihamano-cho tram stop.

Membership is monthly from day one. The regular plan is ¥8,800/month and includes one membership card that can be shared among up to three registered users. The special plan is ¥9,900/month and adds a double-size dedicated locker and a personal mailbox. Both plans include tax and utilities. A one-month trial is available at the same rate. Cancel with one month's notice at any time.

The workspace layout offers six private booths, two curtain-partitioned booths, and four open workspace seats. A seminar room for up to 14 people is also available. Booths are not individually assigned. You pick from whichever is free on the day. The space holds a maximum of 29 members across its 34 seats.

Two soundproofed meeting rooms are available to members for up to two hours per session at no extra charge. Each member gets a dedicated locker at no additional cost. The building has wireless LAN and a copier (black and white ¥10, colour ¥30 per page). The seminar room can be reserved exclusively for up to five hours at ¥1,100.

Business address registration and company incorporation are both allowed from the second month onward (not during the trial period). Food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome inside. Alcohol is not permitted. The building is non-smoking. Public art installations are displayed throughout the space. No food service is provided on-site. Dietary options are not confirmed.
