AMIGO HOUSE

AMIGO HOUSE is a coliving community in a 50-year-old renovated farmhousein Zushi, Kanagawa. Three minutes on foot from the beach. Private rooms with high ceilings occupy the upper floor, while the ground floor houses a dedicated coworking space, shared kitchen, and lounge that doubles as a gathering place for residents, day-pass workers, and neighbors from the local Shonan community.

The coworking floor was built with remote workers in mind.Ergonomic chairs sourced from specialist shop Workaholic, three private meeting booths (free, reservation required), a water server, coffee maker, and light snacks mean you can stay on-site and focused all day. 15 free seats in an open layout, with a policy of silence in the main area. Phone calls and calls are taken in the booths or outside.

The community is genuinely international.Residents and day-pass workers come from Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, Europe, and beyond. The shared dining room and open kitchen encourage crossover between long-stay coliving residents, short-stay hostel guests, and local coworking members. An unusual and well-reviewed mix that keeps the energy varied without becoming a party house.

The Digital Nomad coliving package includes a private room (~10 sqm), all utilities, weekly cleaning, 24-hour coworking access, laundry, bicycle, and filtered drinking water. The shared kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and well-reviewed by vegetarian residents. Zushi Station is a 12–15 minute walk away, with direct trains to Yokohama (25 min) and connections to Tokyo.
