S-TOKYO 日本橋小伝馬町
S-TOKYO is a community coworking space built for digital nomads and remote workers, located in a 6-floor building in Nihonbashi Kodenmacho, one minute on foot from Kodenmacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Operated by Linnas Design Inc. (a certified B Corp), the space runs a community-first model across coworking desks, private meeting rooms, a gallery lounge, dedicated office floors, and a rooftop sky garden.
The ground floor holds Pertica Coffee, a cafe open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 16:30 and Saturday 10:00 to 17:30. This is also where new members register and where the community gathers for breaks. The 2nd floor is a lounge and gallery event space. The 3rd and 4th floors are the main coworking and meeting room floors, with free-address desks, external monitors, and private video call booths. The 5th and 6th floors are leased to companies as dedicated office space.
Access is 24 hours for registered members. Staff are on-site weekdays 9:00 to 17:00. First-time visitors must register during staff hours. Note that registration is not possible on Sundays since Pertica Coffee is closed. Members receive 20% off at Pertica Coffee, weekly free beer on Wednesdays from 17:00 to 18:00, access to community events, and the ability to use partner locations in Kanazawa and Okinawa. Dietary options at Pertica Coffee are not confirmed beyond the standard coffee menu, which includes matcha latte.
S-TOKYO runs coliving programs under the name Urban Retreat in partner cities such as Kanazawa, pairing short-term accommodation with workspace and community for nomads who want to explore regional Japan. The building also hosts a regularly rotating art gallery on the 2nd floor and fitness and yoga classes on the rooftop.

Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to Kodenmacho Station, then a 1-minute walk. From Tokyo Station, take the JR Sobu Line to Bakurocho Station (about 15 minutes) or walk 20 minutes via Nihonbashi and Mitsukoshi. From Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu Asakusa Line to Asakusa and transfer to the Hibiya Line at Ningyocho Station (about 45 minutes total). The Edo Bus from Yaesu North Exit also stops at Kodenmacho.
Nihonbashi Kodenmacho is a low-key pocket of old Tokyo wedged between the financial district of Nihonbashi and the historic shitamachi streets around Ningyocho. The area has a neighborhood feel rare for central Tokyo — small shrines, independent shops, and quiet side streets sit alongside the modern city grid. Kodenmacho Station (Hibiya Line) connects directly to Ginza and Roppongi in 10 minutes, and Tokyo Station is reachable in about 15 minutes by bus or a 20-minute walk through Nihonbashi.
