Kotori Japan Digital Nomad Coliving is a seasonal coliving program designed for remote workers and digital nomads looking for an all-inclusive, productivity-focused stay in Nagoya. The program runs on a 1-month minimum basis and is based in the Nishiki district of central Nagoya, close to Sakae Station and the Fushimi business corridor.
The workspace component is hosted at BIZcomfort Nagoya Nishiki, a dedicated coworking and rental office space on the 5th floor of Kagami Building. With 28 coworking seats, private offices, a 6-person meeting room with large-format display, and free drinks and printing, the space is built for focused solo work and small-team collaboration. The venue opens April 1, 2026.
The coliving program is all-inclusive, covering accommodation, workspace access, utilities, and WiFi in a single monthly package. As a seasonal program, availability is limited and cohorts are intentionally small, keeping the community tight-knit. No specific dietary options or meal service are listed. Residents are expected to self-cater. Nagoya is Japan's third-largest city and one of its most underrated nomad bases, with excellent transport links and affordable living costs compared to Tokyo and Osaka.

Kotori runs a curated, small-cohort model where participants share workspace and accommodation for the duration of the one-month program. The productivity-first approach means the program is structured around focused work time, with community built organically through shared living rather than forced social events. As a seasonal program, each cohort has a defined start and end date.
