PROME Nagasaki

PROME Nagasaki is a budget rental meeting room on the 4th floor of Ariossou II, a 2-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station. The space repurposes a commercial vacancy to keep rates below the market average. A straightforward value proposition for anyone who needs a private, bookable room in central Nagasaki.

There is one fully private room, measuring 15.48m² and fitting up to 12 people. It is booked in time blocks rather than hourly: morning (8:30–12:00), afternoon (13:00–17:00), and evening (18:00–22:00). You can extend into adjacent slots in 30-minute increments at ¥1,650 per half-hour. The hourly rate of ¥2,502 applies when you divide the block price. Practical for meetings, workshops, or study sessions that need a fixed, distraction-free environment.

Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge. A projector is available to rent for ¥2,200. Useful for presentations, team reviews, or online demos. The room has a restroom on-site. There is no food service of any kind. No vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options are available on-site. This is purely a room-rental space. You book it, show up, and work.

Payment is by credit card (book online) or bank transfer (pay within 7 days of reserving). Cancellation is free up to 8 days in advance. 50% charge from 7–3 days out. 100% for 2 days or less. The space is operated by the PROME chain, which runs rental meeting rooms across multiple Kyushu cities.
