A two-floor coworking space a seven-minute walk from Nagasaki Station. Operated by DUZZ Inc. and co-located with the LEC Tokyo Legal Mind exam prep school, Minato occupies the 6th floor (open space, reception, meeting rooms) and 5th floor (silent study booths, private offices) of the KoKoRo Building in central Nagasaki.

Drop-in pricing is tiered: ¥1,100 for up to 2 hours, ¥2,200 for 2 to 4 hours, ¥3,300 for 4 hours or longer. Nagasaki residents get a local discount capping the day at ¥2,000. Students pay a flat ¥1,100 for a full day with student ID at first use. No reservation is needed for drop-in.

The 6th floor is the main working floor. Talk and phone calls are permitted here. Free tea and water are available via a drink dispenser, and a fresh-ground coffee machine is free for anyone staying over an hour or on a membership. Paid drinks (water, juice) are also stocked. Wi-Fi and power outlets are at every seat. Printing costs ¥10 per page (mono) or ¥50 (color).

The 5th floor is a silent zone with individual study booths. No calls or conversation are allowed. Access to the 5th floor is included in the 5F/6F membership tier. Six private rental offices (2 to 3 people) are located on this floor and are currently fully occupied.

Monthly membershipsstart at ¥13,200/month for 6F access only or ¥16,500/month for both floors. Student rates are ¥6,600 and ¥8,250 respectively. Equipment loans are included for all users. Laptops, projector, whiteboard, cables, microwave, and a storage fridge. There is no food service on-site. Dietary options are not applicable.

The space doubles as a community hub. Minato hosts cross-industry networking events and student study sessions. The LEC exam school on-site adds a stream of motivated, focused users. Meeting rooms are available at ¥2,200/hr. An event space for up to 20 people is available at ¥4,400/hr. Full-floor hire for up to 50 people is available at ¥66,000 for 4 hours.
