The workspace is included for all residents at no extra charge. It is designed for both remote workers doing focused tasks and students working on coursework. A separate remote meeting roomhandles video calls with privacy. The 1F living and dining area is sofa-lined and cafe-style. Good for lighter work or informal catch-ups. The building also has a full fitness room with treadmill, exercise bike, home gym equipment, and dumbbells.

Ichijoji is a student and counter-culture neighborhood in Kyoto's Sakyō-ku district, best known as the city's ramen battleground and as the area surrounding Kyoto University and Kyoto Art University.
