BIZcomfort Odawara

A 24-hour, unmanned coworking space operated by BIZcomfort, a national chain with 200+ locations across Japan. The Odawara branch sits in the NTT East Odawara Building on the east side of Odawara Station, five minutes on foot from the east exit. No staff are present on-site. Access is via membership card, day-of-use registration, or a light-plan day pass.

Membership is monthly only. There is no true drop-in option. The Light Plan (¥2,200/month base + ¥1,650/day used) is the closest thing to casual access. The Weekend Plan at ¥4,400/month covers Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays only. The All-Day Plan at ¥12,100/month gives unlimited weekday and weekend access at this single location. A Kanagawa Plan at ¥18,700/month unlocks all BIZcomfort sites across the prefecture. All-network access is ¥22,000/month.

The workspace has 28 free seatsand 6 reserved (fixed) seats across three zone types. The Cafe Booth area allows food, phone calls, and video meetings with semi-private sofa seating. The Work Booth zone is white, partitioned, and designed for focused heads-down work. Calls are possible but video calls are not. Telephone Booths are bookable private pods for calls and video meetings only. A 6-person meeting room with a MAXHUB interactive whiteboard is available at ¥165 per 15 minutes (free up to 5 hours/month for private-office members). Free printing is included.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a free drink bar, printer, shredder, and lockers (add-on). One reviewer noted the drink bar is well-stocked and desk ergonomics are good. The space is unmanned 24/7, so equipment issues require a remote phone call to support staff. A known limitation of the BIZcomfort model noted in reviews.

No food is served on-site beyond the drink bar. Dietary options are not confirmed. The building is near convenience stores and restaurants along the Sakaecho shopping street for meals.
