ゼロテンパーク キャナルシティ博多前店
A large-scale coworking space in Fukuoka's Hakata district, occupying 1F and 2F of the Daiichi Prince Building a short walk from Canal City Hakata. Originally opened as The Company, this was the first and flagship location of what became one of western Japan's largest coworking networks. The space spans roughly 900 tsubo (about 3,000 sqm) and holds the highest seat count of any Zero-Ten Park location. The interior concept is creative acceleration, with art installations and considered furniture throughout.
Drop-in is welcome without a reservation. Walk in, register at the front desk, and you're working. Hourly drop-in runs ¥660/hour. Use three or more hours and the rate automatically switches to the Daytime Pass at ¥2,200 for the full day (9:00 to 20:00). An All Day Pass at ¥3,300 covers 9:00 through the following morning at 9:00, making it one of the few places in Hakata where you can work through the night. Drop-in staffed hours are weekday 9:00 to 20:00 only.
The workspace includes high-speed Wi-Fi, power at every seat, and free phone booths available to all users including drop-ins. Meeting rooms seat 8 or 10 and are available to members at ¥550/hour, with external bookings also accepted. A free drinks and snack corner is included in all plans. The front desk (reception) handles guest welcome and mail receipt for members.
Zero-Ten Park has a dedicated Digital Nomad Plan specifically designed for people working from Japan on a short or mid-term basis. English-speaking staff are on-site. The plan comes with onboarding support including accommodation recommendations in Kyushu, introductions to the local expat and nomad community, and invitations to regular meetup events. There's also a nomad community Slack channel called The Caravan. A multi-location membership lets you use the coworking floors at other Zero-Ten Park branches across Fukuoka at no extra charge.
The free drinks corner is confirmed across all plans. No food menu is on-site beyond the snack corner. Dietary options including vegan, vegetarian, and non-dairy milk are not confirmed in available data. Check with staff directly if you have specific requirements.

The Hakata location has the largest member count across all Zero-Ten Park branches. Members include IT companies, real estate firms, consultancies, designers, architects, and web developers. The space actively promotes what it calls "Work Link" — introductions and business matching between members.
Digital nomads get access to The Caravan, a nomad community channel, and are invited to regular meetup events. English-speaking staff provide onboarding help covering accommodation in Kyushu, local activities, and expat community introductions. This is one of the more intentional nomad setups you'll find at a coworking space in Fukuoka.
Regular nomad meetup events. Business matching introductions for members.
Exit Kushida-jinja Mae Station (Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line) and the building is directly in front. From Hakata Station it is a 10-minute walk. The space occupies 1F and 2F of the Daiichi Prince Building, one block north of Canal City Hakata.
Hakata is Fukuoka's main transit hub and commercial center, built around Hakata Station. The area is packed with restaurants, hotels, and office buildings, making it the most convenient base for remote workers passing through Fukuoka. The Shinkansen stops here, and the airport is just two subway stops away.
The east side of the station has a growing number of cafes and coworking spaces in newer office buildings. Quieter than the Tenjin entertainment district and more walkable for daily errands. Yatai food stalls along the Naka River are a 15-minute walk west.
