A multi-floor drop-in coworking space one minute from Akasaka Stationin central Fukuoka. The from (ザ・フロム) occupies a five-storey building with a rooftop beside Ohori Park, operated by the building company behind the adjacent Cafe PPP. The concept is "WorkPlay". A workspace where the line between work and play blurs intentionally.

No reservation, no booking required. Walk in and tell the front desk which plan you want. Drop-in rates are¥1,500/hour (member) or ¥1,600/hour (non-member), capped at ¥3,000 or ¥3,200 per day. Free membership via LINE. No annual fee. The building is open 24 hours. Staff are on-site from 10:00 to 19:00 daily.

Every visit includes free drinks, snacks, and bread from a Michelin-starred restaurant supplier, available all day. Chargers are loaned at no cost. Each floor has a different character. The 3F open space has sofas alongside open desks. The 4F workspace has partitioned desks and private booths for focused work, plus a bookable meeting room (4-person cap at ¥2,200/hour). The 5F reception lounge has soft seating good for informal calls. The rooftop deck overlooks the Fukuoka skyline and Ohori Park. No dietary-specific options confirmed. A second the from branch (昭和通り店) is a 4-minute walk from Akasaka Station and an 8-minute walk from Tenjin Station. Monthly members can use both branches interchangeably.
