Toothbrushes, razors, drip coffee bags, and green tea. The hotel's concept is "a hotel with another place to stay," and the lobby is meant to function as that second space. Somewhere to relax, meet people, read, or get work done.

Day use plans are available. The hotel does not publish pricing on the website, so you need to contact the front desk directly or check the booking engine for current day use rates. This is standard for Resol properties. They adjust availability based on occupancy. Worth calling ahead if you want guaranteed access during a full day of work.

The ground floor has Il Chianti Hakata, an Italian restaurant running from breakfast through dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with around 30 dishes (¥2,300/person, 07:00–10:00). Dinner covers an extensive Italian menu with wines (17:30–23:00, closed Sundays and holidays). The buffet salad dressing is a house signature that guests mention specifically in reviews.

The 14th floor (top floor) has a large public bath with views over Tenjin. This is for hotel guests only, not walk-ins. Hours are 15:00–02:00 and 06:00–09:00. If you book a day use room, the bath access is typically included. Confirm at check-in.

Location is excellent for Hakata. One minute from Nakasu-Kawabata Station Exit 1, which connects directly to Fukuoka Airport (about 11 minutes by subway). Hakata Station is one stop away. Canal City is a short walk. The surrounding Nakasu area is Fukuoka's main entertainment district. Lively at night, practical during the day.
