Drop-in hours run weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00 (last entry at 20:00). Monthly members get much longer access. 8:00 to 22:30 every day including weekends. The workspace is bright, open, and designed for real work. Height-adjustable desks throughout, power at every seat, and Wi-Fi included. Five phone booths are available for calls and video meetings. A free drink bar is included with your session. Reviewers consistently mention the drink bar and the ergonomic seating as two of the strongest reasons to come back. One recent visitor called it 'great for working during the day'. Morning slots on weekdays tend to fill up, so earlier is better if you want a calm seat.

Meeting rooms are available for monthly members only. Drop-in users cannot book them. If you're on a monthly plan, the membership also gives you free drop-in access at partner spaces. Kaiseikan in Koga, HOOD Tenjin, and SALT in Imajuku.

No food is served on-site. A café sits on the terrace on the first floor of the same building, a good option for a break between sessions. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options at the adjacent café are not confirmed in available data. Check directly if you have dietary requirements.
