コワーク&シェア エイチ
A hybrid space across five floors in the heart of Fukuoka's Daimyo district. Co-work & Share H combines a coworking space, shared office, and hotel under one roof at 2-1-13 Daimyo, five minutes on foot from Tenjin Station. The building is operated by 9GATES Inc. and branded as h-STYLIFE. The concept is simple. Work, stay, and connect in one place without commuting between a hotel and a separate coworking space.
The coworking floor (3F) has 56 seats including 12 sofa seats, with high-speed WiFi, free coffee, a water cooler, and phone booths. Printing and scanning are available for a fee. The shared office (4F) offers enclosed private rooms starting from 4.59 sqm on two-year contracts. Hotel rooms occupy the 5th floor with five room types from singles to a penthouse with an island kitchen, billiards, and a rooftop. Hotel guests get coworking access from noon on check-in through noon on checkout.
Coworking membership starts at 36,300 yen per month for full-time access (8:00 to 23:00 daily). A night-and-weekend plan runs 21,780 yen per month. Drop-in visitors pay 4,000 yen for four hours. Meeting rooms seat six to eight people and cost 1,000 to 1,500 yen per hour. No specific dietary options are confirmed for the complimentary coffee station, and no food service operates on-site. Several restaurants sit within a few minutes' walk, including a bakery that opens at 8:00 AM.
Security uses card and PIN entry across all floors. The building is entirely non-smoking, with a 30,000 yen cleaning fee if violated. Google reviews are limited (4.8 stars, 5 reviews) but the one text review calls it "a stylish coworking space and shared office in a great location." The draw for digital nomads is the all-in-one setup. Book a hotel room and you get a proper coworking floor downstairs without paying separately.

The space positions itself as an "open space where people from diverse fields come together." The coworking floor attracts a mix of freelancers, startup founders, and remote workers from Fukuoka and beyond. The 6th-floor penthouse and rooftop are available for private events, which occasionally bring the community together. The hotel-plus-coworking model means you will share the workspace with both locals on monthly plans and travelers passing through.
Resident Mix
Mix of local freelancers and startup founders on monthly coworking plans, plus traveling remote workers staying in the hotel. Primarily Japanese-speaking with some international visitors.

From Tenjin Station (Fukuoka City Subway, Airport Line or Nanakuma Line), walk south into the Daimyo neighborhood. The building is about 5 minutes on foot. Look for a modern multi-story building at 2-1-13 Daimyo. The coworking entrance is on the 3rd floor. If arriving by air, Fukuoka Airport is two subway stops from Tenjin (11 minutes, 260 yen), making this one of the most airport-accessible coworking locations in Japan.
Daimyo is a compact, walkable district in central Fukuoka, tucked between the Tenjin shopping hub and the historic Ohori Park. It mixes low-rise residential streets with independent cafes, boutiques, and a handful of tech-forward office buildings. Tenjin Station (Fukuoka City Subway) is 3 to 5 minutes on foot from most of the area, giving easy access to the airport line and the Tenjin-Minami interchange.
The neighbourhood has a growing remote-work presence anchored by Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City and its GROWTH 1 startup support campus. Food options are plentiful within a short walk, from casual lunch spots on Meiji-dori to the covered Tenjin shopping arcades just north.
